In the event that the total offsets under this Section 4.5 for Blocking Technology Costs with respect to the Product exceed the amount due to Angiogene under the applicable royalty rate for the Product in a given calendar quarter, the portion of such offset that exceeds the amount due to Angiogene under the applicable royalty rate will be carried forward and deducted from the amount due under the applicable royalty rate for the subsequent calendar quarter(s).
