Blocking Service definition

Blocking Service has the meaning specified in Section 2(4).

Examples of Blocking Service in a sentence

  • On each occasion that the Custodian provides the Blocking Service, it shall promptly notify the Secured Party and the Pledgor of any property that has not settled into the Securities Account due to the Blocking Service.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, the Custodian’s liability arising from the Blocking Service shall in no event exceed the aggregate amount of fees received by the Custodian with respect to the specific Securities Account in the preceding six (6) months.

  • Toll Blocking Service is a Selective Class of Call Screening (CustomNet).
