Blockage. The system used to measure trunk performance is TNDS (Total Network Data System). Monthly trunk blockage studies are based on a time consistent busy hour. The percentage of BA to CLEC dedicated final trunk groups exceeding the applicable blocking design (either B.01 or B.005) will be reported. For B.01 design, this is trunk groups exceeding a threshold of about 3% blocking. For B.005 design, this is trunk groups exceeding a threshold of about 2% blocking. BA may combine measurement data for PA and DE for this measurement.
Blockage means the blocking of the Services, or part thereof, by Provider on Customer’s request, for reasons of amongst others theft or loss or misuse by a third party of Customer Equipment.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Indenture to the contrary, there must be 180 consecutive days in any 360-day period in which no Securities Guarantee Payment Blockage Period is in effect.

  • If the Trustee receives any Payment Blockage Notice pursuant to clause (ii) above, no subsequent Payment Blockage Notice shall be effective for purposes of this Section unless and until (A) at least 365 days shall have elapsed since the initial effectiveness of the immediately prior Payment Blockage Notice, and (B) all scheduled payments of principal, premium, if any, and interest on the Securities that have come due have been paid in full in cash.

  • Not more than one Securities Guarantee Payment Blockage Period may be commenced with respect to the Securities Guarantees during any period of 360 consecutive days.
