Block Notice definition
Block Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 13.04(b).
Block Notice means a Notice of Block (as defined in the Parent Guaranty) delivered by the Parent Guarantor pursuant to the Parent Guaranty suspending the right of the Company or a Subsidiary Applicant to obtain LOCs hereunder.

In the absence of receipt of the Block Notice, the Custodian may conclusively assume that there is no Event of Default unless it has actual knowledge of such occurrence.
