Block Density definition
Block Density means the number of STRs on the block divided by the number of parcels, expressed as a percentage.
Block Density means STRs on a block divided by parcels on that block, expressed as a percentage.
Block Density means the percentage of STRs on the block divided by the number of parcels. Some licenses shall be selected for sun-setting until the density is less than or equal to fifteen percent (15%).
