BLM Lands definition

BLM Lands means, for the purposes of this Agreement, the federal lands within the Auburn Dam Project Boundary adjacent to the Downstream Reach that are owned in fee by the BLM;
BLM Lands means those parcels of land managed by BLM located along the Upper Clark Fork River which are the subject of the claims reserved in Paragraph 78(d) of the Streamside Tailings consent decree. A map showing the approximate location of the BLM Lands is attached as Appendix C to this Consent Decree.

  • The Bureau of Land Management, Kremmling and Royal Gorge Field Offices are responsible for wildland fire management activities on BLM Lands in Larimer County.

  • The USDOI-BLM shall be the lead agency regarding the determination of a LTFM cost estimate for operations that include BLM Lands.

  • IMA hereby agrees that Trust Lands and ASC shall have the right to establish a separate ski lease agreement between those two parties with respect to the IMA Lease Property and the BLM Lands, or other property which may be leased to IMA by Trust Lands in the future.

  • ASC shall have the right to transfer, use and apply to the ASC Project all Density Credits it may attain by negotiation with Summit County relating to IMA Project , including without limitation any Density Credits from the IMHG Fee Property, the ASC/Condas Property, the ASC/Section 2 Property, the IMAI Lease Property and any portions of the BLM Lands which may come under the ownership of Trust Lands and which subsequently are leased to IMAI and become part of the IMA Project.

  • For operations on BLM Lands, all aspects of fund administration, including but not limited to establishing the discount rate, the funding amount (present value), determining the appropriate asset mix, and monitoring fund performance, will be the responsibility of the USDOI-BLM.

  • ASC's ownership and use of Density Credits derived from the IMA Lease Property and the BLM Lands is subject to the resolution of the issues between Trust Lands and IMA, and the grant by ASC to IMA of the 100 Units located in the ASC Lease Property is subject to the resolution of the issues between Trust Lands and ASC.

  • ASC acknowledges and agrees that it is "at risk" as to the ownership and use of Density Credits which may be derived from the IMA Lease Property and the BLM Lands if Trust Lands and IMA cannot resolve the issues between them.

  • The BLM will assume primary responsibility for implementation of specific conservation actions to protect GCM and GCM occupied habitat and to ensure the species persists on BLM Lands.

  • For operations on BLM Lands, the USDOI-BLM will be the sole beneficiary of the LTFM.

  • Expenditure and allocation of funds on BLM Lands will be a USDOI-BLM decision after considering input from the agencies based on a coordinated site visit to determine site management needs in the best interest of public health and safety, and to minimize unnecessary or undue degradation of the environment.
