Blinded Aggregated Data definition

Blinded Aggregated Data means aggregated data which does not contain information sufficient to identify any individual Supplier, Member or User or any Member Data, that is derived from transactions of Users of a Customized Marketplace, at least * of which shall come from non-Member Users.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Required Aggregation Group means: (i) each qualified plan of the Employer in which at least one Key Employee participates at any time during the Determination Period; and (ii) any other qualified plan of the Employer which enables a plan described in clause (i) to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a)(4) or of Code Section 410.
