Blighting influence definition

Blighting influence means conditions in such structure which are dangerous or injurious to the health, safety or morals of the occupants of such buildings or other residents of the municipality or which have an adverse impact on properties in the area. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to, the following: Defects increasing the hazards of fire, accident, or other calamities; air pollution; light or sanitary facilities; dilapidation; disrepair; structural defects; uncleanliness; dead and dying trees, limbs or other unsightly natural growth or unsightly appearances that constitute a blight to adjoining property, the neighborhood or the city; walls, sidings or exteriors of a quality and appearance not commensurate with the character of the properties in the neighborhood; unsightly stored or parked material, equipment, supplies, machinery, trucks or automobiles or parts thereof; vermin infestation; inadequate drainage; or any violation of health, fire, building or zoning regulations.

  • Improper influence means any influence that induces or tends to induce a PHA/IHA employee or officer to give consideration or to act regarding a PHA/IHA contract on any basis other than the merits of the matter.

  • Decisive Influence means a person having, as a result of an agreement or through the ownership of shares or interests in another person (directly or indirectly):

  • Influencer Content means all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).

  • Influent means the water entering a filter or other device.

  • Influential person means, in relation to a company, a natural person (other than a director or secretary of the company), who is in a position to control or substantially influence the company's conduct.
