blighted land definition

blighted land means land of a description listed in Schedule 13 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
blighted land means land located in the urban or suburban areas that, by reason of deterioration, faulty planning, inadequate or improper facilities, deleterious land use or the existence of unsafe structures, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the safety, health or welfare of the community.

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in Part A of First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Blighted property means property that meets any of the following criteria:

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.

  • Blighted means property that meets any of the following criteria as determined by the governing body:
