Blended Treasury Yield definition

Blended Treasury Yield means, with respect to the Series 2010B Bonds of each maturity to be redeemed, the yield computed by the linear interpolation of two Market Treasury Yields such that the theoretical maturity that corresponds to the interpolated Market Treasury of such maturity to be redeemed. The first Market Treasury Yield will be based on an actively traded U.S. Treasury security or U.S. Treasury index whose maturity is closest to but no earlier than the date corresponding to the remaining average life of the Series 2010B Bonds of such maturity to be redeemed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the date that corresponds to the remaining average life of the Series 2010B Bonds of a particular maturity to be redeemed is later than the latest maturity of any actively traded U.S. Treasury security or U.S. Treasury index having such latest maturity.
Blended Treasury Yield means, with respect to the Series 2005B Bonds of a particular maturity, the yield computed by the linear interpolation of two Market Treasury Yields such that the theoretical maturity that corresponds to the interpolated Market Treasury Yield equals the date that corresponds to the remaining average life of the Series 2005B Bonds to be redeemed. The first Market Treasury Yield shall be based on an actively traded U.S. Treasury security or U.S. Treasury index whose maturity is closest to but no later than the date corresponding to the remaining average life of the Series 2005B Bonds of the m aturity to be redeemed; the second Market Treasury Yield shall be based on an actively traded U.S. Treasury security or U.S. Treasury index whose maturity is closest to but no earlier than the date corresponding to the remaining average life ofthe Series 200SB Bonds of the maturity to be redeemed.

  • Adjusted Treasury Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the semi-annual equivalent yield to maturity of the Comparable Treasury Issue, assuming a price for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Treasury Price for such Redemption Date.

  • U.S. Treasury Rate means, with respect to any Remaining Distribution Amount, a rate determined one Business Day prior to the Optional Repurchase Distribution Date that is equal to the U.S. Treasury rate on such date (determined by reference to Bloomberg Financial Markets Commodities News) with a maturity equal to the period from such Optional Repurchase Distribution Date to the Applicable Distribution Date with respect to such Remaining Distribution Amount (or, if such maturity is unavailable, such rate shall be determined by linear interpolation using the U.S. Treasury rates with the two closest maturities to such period).

  • Treasury Rate means, with respect to any redemption date, the rate per annum equal to the semi-annual equivalent yield to maturity of the Comparable Treasury Issue, assuming a price for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Treasury Price for such redemption date.

  • Comparable Treasury Issue means the United States Treasury security selected by an Independent Investment Banker as having a maturity comparable to the remaining term of the Notes to be redeemed that would be utilized, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of such Notes.

  • Portfolio Yield means, with respect to any Due Period, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the sum of (i) the amount of Finance Charge Collections received during such Due Period, (ii) the amount of Series Yield Collections for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period and (iii) the amount of Series Additional Funds for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period, and the denominator of which shall be the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the first day of such Due Period.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Comparable Treasury Price means, with respect to any redemption date, (1) the average of the Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such redemption date, after excluding the highest and lowest of such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, or (2) if the Company obtains fewer than four of such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, the average of all such quotations.
