Blended Return definition

Blended Return means the sum of (A) 6% multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Georgetown Exercised Put Amount and the denominator of which shall be the Exercised Put Amount, and (B) 7.5% multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the difference between the Exercised Put Amount and the Georgetown Exercised Put Amount and the denominator of which shall be the Exercised Put Amount.
Blended Return means the weighted-average Priority Return Percentage applicable to Series B Convertible Preferred Units as calculated pursuant to Section 9.2(d)(iii)(A) hereof.

  • Combined Return means any Tax Return (other than for Federal Income Taxes) filed on a consolidated, combined (including nexus combination, worldwide combination, domestic combination, line of business combination or any other form of combination), unitary or Group Relief basis that includes activities of members of the ESG Group or the KBR Group, or both, as the case may be.

  • Joint Return means any Return of a member of the Parent Group or the SpinCo Group that is not a Separate Return.

  • Current Return means the minimum fair combined rate of return on common equity required for

  • Consolidated Return means any Tax Return with respect to Federal Income Taxes filed by the Consolidated Group pursuant to Section 1501 of the Code.

  • Preferred Return has the meaning specified in the Company LLC Agreement.
