Bleeder definition

Bleeder means a piece of piping or other device attached to a Water Distribution System and allowed to run continuously during cold weather to prevent freezing of the water in the system;
Bleeder means a device installed by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo in the water system to provide for a continuous flow of water in order to prevent freezing;
Bleeder means a valve connected to the Water Service or the internal house plumbing which allows for a continuous flow of water to prevent the water from freezing.
