Blanket Release definition

Blanket Release means a written order from a Department referencing this Contract/Purchase Order. Blanket Releases may also be referred to as purchase order blanket releases.

Blanket Release means the signed Document from the City for (i) authorizing the Contractor to commence Work in accordance with the Job Order, or (ii) the approval of a Field Order's Job Order Price. The City will review the Contractor's Job Order Proposal Package and if acceptable, the Chief Procurement Officer will issue an executed Blanket Release for the Work described in the Detailed Scope of Work. The executed Blanket Release shall be signed by both the Commissioner and the Chief Procurement Officer, or their duly authorized representatives. The executed Blanket Release will set forth a lump sum amount for the compensation of the Job Order.

Examples of Blanket Release in a sentence

  • The arbitrators will apply the substantive laws of the state of the applicable Contract Order or Blanket Release.

  • Upon receipt of written approval of the Task Order from both the Commissioner of the applicable Department and the Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), and an executed Blanket Release, Contractor will commence performance of the Services; to the extent such services are described in Exhibit 1.

  • However, only SURVICE’s Contractual Representative or his/her designee, will provide contractual direction, interpretations, and/or guidance or make changes to the Purchase Order or Blanket Release Order including scope, prices, terms, quantities, deliveries and/or financial adjustments.

  • Verify that the signature of unit owner is on file on the "Blanket Release and Indemnity Agreement for Use of Highlands Recreation Building and Surrounding Areas".

  • In addition, no payments will be made for goods/services ordered and delivered without a Blanket Release.

  • Full payment will be made upon receipt and acceptance of each contract item ordered via a Blanket Release.
