Blanket Conveyance means a blanket conveyance, b▇▇▇ of sale and assignment in the form of EXHIBIT N attached hereto, pursuant to which Seller assigns to Purchaser, and Purchaser assumes, all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Personalty and certain other interests set forth therein.
