Blackstone Operator has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).

For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Operator” does not include any successor Third Party operator of the Assets other than Blackstone Operator once such successor Third Party operator has obtained all Required Operatorship Consents with respect to any applicable Lease, Wellpad or other Asset.
