Blackout Dates means restricted days which coincide with scheduled events as announced by January 15, including the Ontario Provincial Championships in any sector, Member Meetings, circumstances causing the office to be closed, or other situations as determined by the Executive Director;

Examples of Blackout Dates in a sentence

  • In the event no such seats are available during such thirty-one (31) day period, Carrier will accommodate such Member's request on the first Award Flight on or after the date originally requested on which the desired destination is available from non-capacity controlled seat inventory, excluding flights on Blackout Dates.

  • Landlord shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to use the Facility Premises (excluding the Exclusive Areas) on (i) weekdays (Monday through Friday) prior to 3:00 p.m., and (ii) other days as otherwise requested by Landlord with ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to Tenant, subject to Tenant’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, excluding Blackout Dates (as defined herein).

  • Award Travel will not be permitted during the blackout dates set forth in Attachment C and as established for subsequent periods pursuant to this Section 3.d. (the "Blackout Dates").

  • The Library will not schedule an employee on any of the employee’s Blackout Dates unless so many bargaining unit employees have requested the same Blackout Date that the Library cannot fulfill its staffing requirements on that Sunday.
