BlackLine definition

BlackLine means BlackLine Systems, Inc., a California corporation, having a principal place of business at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇., ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or an Affiliate of BlackLine Systems Inc. as set forth in an applicable Order Form.
BlackLine means the BlackLine entity which is a party to this DPA, as specified in the section “HOW THIS DPA APPLIES” above, being BlackLine Systems, Inc., a company incorporated in California, US; BlackLine K.K., a company incorporated in Japan; or as applicable.
BlackLine means the blacklined version of the General Service Agreement submitted by the Proponent as part of their Proposal.
