Black Duck Report definition

Black Duck Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(m) of the Agreement.
Black Duck Report means the technical report titled “Technical Report on the Black Duck Property, Clinton Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada” dated July 6, 2018 and prepared by the Author for the Company in accordance with NI 43-101.
Black Duck Report has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.13(n).

Black Duck Report means that certain report requested by Buyer from Black Duck Software with respect to a review of source code contained in or distributed with software included in the Purchased Assets.

  • Purchaser Financial Statements shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.8.1.
