  • No information provided by BKT shall be deemed as an assurance or guarantee on the expected results of any transaction.

  • The Client shall provide BKT with any and all information and assistance BKT considers necessary to respond satisfactorily to any query or request from or cooperate with any applicable public or private authority or any relevant exchange or market in relation to Client’s or its Underlying Client’s activities and transactions through Smart Invest Trading Platform.

  • The objective of the audit of the Disposition Fund(s), including the Special Account opened with The Bank Of Albania (primary/channelling account) and the BKT (Secondary accounts in ALL and EUR), is to permit the auditor to express an opinion on the financial reports (i.e. status of accounts and cumulated statement as defined in the Annex “Disbursement Procedure” to the Separate Agreement) and statements of expenditures based on the withdrawal applications for the Disposition Fund(s).

  • It is also understood and accepted by the Client that BKT shall bear absolutely no responsibility, regardless of the circumstances, for any such investment strategy, transaction, investment or information.

  • The Recipient shall not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived, the ESIA, an ESMP, a RAP, the RPF and, with respect to BKT Affected Persons, the BIP Resettlement Action Plan, or any provision thereof in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

  • The Smart Invest Trading Platform and its content is provided "as is" and BKT does not represent the functionality or suitability of the Smart Invest Platform for the Client, or that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

  • For this purpose, BKT may open accounts with and deposit Securities with Saxo Bank A/S Denmark and any other sub-custodian.
