  • For the term of this Agreement, Director shall serve as a member of BJB Cayman’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

  • Director agrees to promptly deliver the original and any copies of BJB Cayman Property to BJB Cayman at any time upon BJB Cayman’s request.
