B&J Group definition
B&J Group means B&J, all of its Subsidiaries and Holding Companies and any other Subsidiary of any such Holding Company from time to time;
B&J Group means BJ Services, LLC and its subsidiary and affiliated companies, customers (including their co-working, non-working, operating and any other interest owner), and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors (except Supplier), agents, representatives, invitees and licensees. “Supplier Group” shall include Supplier, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, invitees and licensees and agents, any or all entities with an interest or any or all of such entities
Examples of B&J Group in a sentence
Certificates of insurance shall be provided to BJ by Supplier including waivers of subrogation against BJ Group and naming BJ as an additional insured (except for any Employer’s Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance) under Supplier’s policies for claims or losses assumed by Supplier under this Agreement.
The amount payable by Applegreen to Bidco under this clause 3.1 will exclude any amounts in respect of VAT incurred by Bidco, any member of the B&J Group or any member of the BIP Group attributable to such third party costs other than Irrecoverable VAT incurred by Bidco and/or such member of the B&J Group or the BIP Group on such costs.
