Bit Material means a printing ink or coating formulation for application to security threads and foil transfers to be incorporated into [***] being doped with a Bit or Bits. Examples of Bit Material in a sentence
Spectra undertakes to supply Licensee with a sufficient amount of Bit Fibers and Bit Material within such period of time that Licensee is able to fulfill any particular contract for the production of Products for any customer.
During the term of this Agreement, if required by Licensee, Spectra will supply to the Licensee Bit Fibers and Bit Material from Spectra at prices as set forth in Part 2 of Schedule 5.4 attached hereto.
