Birth parent(s) definition

Birth parent(s) means the biological father and/or mother of a child.
Birth parent(s) means genetic, biological, or natural parents whose rights were voluntarily or involuntarily terminated by a court or otherwise. "Birth parents" includes a man who is presumed to be the parent of a child as established in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes prior to the termination of parental rights;
