Examples of BIOSEARCH in a sentence

  • Over the next [*] BIOSEARCH envisages that it will require the quantities set forth in Exhibit A hereto.

  • As soon as manufacturing of the ordered quantity has been completed, LEPETIT will immediately notify BIOSEARCH accordingly.

  • BIOSEARCH HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY COMPOUND OR OTHER MATERIALS IN WHATEVER FORM PROVIDED TO VERSICOR HEREUNDER.
