Meridian Bioscience, Inc., an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), grants to the Grantee named below, in accordance with the terms of the Meridian Bioscience, Inc.

The term of this Agreement shall automatically, without the requirement of any further action or notice, commence on the date that Harvard Bioscience, Inc.
Study completion is defined herein as Nordic Bioscience has received all data and no further follow up is necessary with the Clinical Study Sites.
