Biorepository definition

Biorepository means the facilities for cryopreservation of stem cells and amniotic tissue maintained and operated by Provider.
Biorepository means a facility that collects, catalogs and stores samples of biological material, including, but not limited to, urine, blood, tissue, cells, DNA, RNA and protein, from humans for laboratory research; and
Biorepository means the biological samples and associated clinical data and any material derived from the manipulation of such samples used by or under the control of the Business, expressly subject to any rights of, or ownership by, customers of and suppliers to the Business that have provided any material, including derivatives thereof, in such repository and associated clinical data.
