Biorefinery definition

Biorefinery means a facility (including equipment and processes) that:
Biorefinery means a cluster of biobased industries producing power, fuel, materials, chemicals, and products.
Biorefinery shall be any single location facility which converts raw plant biomass into liquid transportation fuel and/or bioproducts, and/or uses biomass to generate power or electricity.
