Bioperiod Q80 definition
Bioperiod Q80 means the naturally occurring daily stream flow that is predicted to be equaled or exceeded on 80 percent of days in a bioperiod calculated using methods developed by the U.S. Geological Survey or otherwise acceptable to the commissioner;
