Biometric POS System definition
Biometric POS System means the biometric devices used by Defendants’ employees during the Class Period, which utilized a scan of Plaintiff’s and the other Settlement Class Members’ biometric identifiers or biometric information, including scans of fingers and/or fingerprints.
