Biometric Capture System definition

Biometric Capture System. (BCS)” means the high quality, biometric (fingerprint, portrait, and signature) capture device used to authenticate the identity of the person through the capture of a flat fingerprint impression (NIST Type 14), portrait (NIST Type 10) and a signature (NIST Type 8) to facilitate identity authentication.
