Truist does not provide any Biometric Access technology and does not save biometric information in the Service or access any biometric information on the access device.
Biometric Access must be enabled on the device in order to enable it for online banking, and Truist may limit use of Biometric Access to accessing your user ID and password in certain circumstances, but you are solely responsible for the access device security and use of user ID and password.
You acknowledge and agree that anyone with Biometric Access to the access device, even if unknown to you, will have authority to access your accounts and will be authorized to initiate transactions through the Service.
