Biomedical Laboratories means the licensed facilities for research and development of wound care technologies maintained and operated by Provider.

  • Provider shall assist Manager and, where required by law or by legal process, provide access to records and information regarding the operation of the Biomedical Laboratories.

  • In all events Tenant shall comply with all applicable provisions of the standards of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as further described in the USDHHS publication Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories (4th Edition, May 1999) as it may be further revised, or such nationally recognized new or replacement standards as may be reasonably selected by Landlord.

  • Any notice required to be given pursuant to the terms and provision hereof shall be in writing and shall be sent by certified or registered mail or overnight deliver to RBL at: Roche Biomedical Laboratories, Inc.

  • Manager shall cause Provider to lease and shall maintain or arrange for the maintenance of, on behalf of Provider and at Provider’s expense, the Biomedical Laboratories.

  • The Recipient and any Recipient institution shall conduct all biological laboratory work in compliance with applicable federal regulations; the latest edition of the CDC/NIH Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories; DHS Directive 066-02, Biosafety; DHS Instruction ▇▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, Instruction for Ensuring Biosafety Compliance; and any local institutional policies that may apply for Recipient institution facilities performing work under this Award.
