Biological Mitigation definition

Biological Mitigation means mitigation provided by Developer to City for its use in the construction of municipal projects and its construction of Vanden Road on behalf of STA. Said mitigation shall be in the form of mitigation credits in an approved mitigation bank, a conservation easement on designated lands or other approved mitigation method approved by the responsible agencies.
Biological Mitigation means the biological resources mitigation measures adopted by City in its CEQA Findings and the MMRP for the EIR, and those actions which are required by State and Federal regulatory agencies as a prerequisite to, or concurrent with, Development of the Project Area, including, but not limited to, compliance with the permit requirements of the following Agencies, if and to the extent permits are required: o Section 404 Permits by US Army Corps of Engineers; o Permits by US Fish and Wildlife Service; o Permits by California Department of Fish and Game; and o Permits by California Regional Water Quality Control Board(s).

Examples of Biological Mitigation in a sentence

  • The analysis will include the ultimate biological effects from the establishment of the PAMA and from the adherence to the Local Agency’s Biological Mitigation Ordinance and other documents associated with the Plans.

  • Developer shall provide City with Biological Mitigation, as required by Section 4.5.6.7, prior to Developer’s construction of the Zone 1B pump station, including a hydro-pneumatic tank and water storage tank on City’s Northbay Regional Water Treatment Plant site.

  • Developer shall provide Biological Mitigation for the development of the entire Great Park site on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property.
