Biological Heir definition
Biological Heir. Means the biological or legally adopted children or grandchildren of a Unit Owner; the parent(s), of a Unit owner; the sisters, brothers, nieces or nephews of a Unit Owner; the step-parent and step-sister or step-brother of a Unit Owner.
