Biohazard definition

Biohazard means biologicals or biochemicals having Biosafety Lab Levels of BSL2 or greater.‌
Biohazard or medical waste, or is contaminated with blood or other bodily fluids; and "Environmental Laws" include, without limitation, the laws listed in the preceding clauses (i) through (iv).
Biohazard means any infectious agent(s) or parts thereof presenting a risk to health or well-being, directly or indirectly, through infection or through disruption of the environment.
