Bio Contractor definition
Bio Contractor means the contractor for the Bio Works appointed by the Developer pursuant to this Agreement.

The Surveyor may in its determination make revisions to each of the Bio Contract and/or the Bio Programme provided that the Surveyor shall not approve or recommend any Bio Contract and/or Bio Programme that imposes any lesser and/or conflicting responsibilities on the Bio Contractor in respect of the Bio Works than the Developer has to the Tenant under this Agreement in respect of the Bio Works.
