Binding notice definition

Binding notice means a notice, filed with the commission by
Binding notice. Defined in Section 48.C hereof.
Binding notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.03(a) of Exhibit “E”.

Binding notice means a notice, filed with the commission by an electrical company as set forth in section 6 of this act, to irrevocably commit to the retirement of an eligible coal plant within twenty years of the date of the commission's acceptance of a binding notice.
