Binding Letter definition

Binding Letter means the Binding Letter of Vested Rights for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Village (BLIVR-0904-002) issued on April 14, 2004, as modified by Binding Letter of Modification (BLIM-0905-005) issued on March 30, 2005, and as further modified by the Binding Letter of Interpretation for Modification to the Vested Rights of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Village (BLIM-09-2006-003) dated July 11, 2006.
