BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. Mikron hereby agrees to sell, and Corgentech agrees to purchase in exchange for the consideration set forth therein, the Corgentech Assembly System set forth in the Quotation on the terms and conditions set forth in the Quotation.
