Billing Week definition

Billing Week means the consecutive calendar days Saturday through Friday inclusive of any week.
Billing Week means Monday through Sunday of each calendar week.

Examples of Billing Week in a sentence

  • As soon as practicable after the end of each Billing Week, each Party shall render to the other Party an invoice for the payment obligations, if any, incurred hereunder during the preceding week.

  • Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon by the Parties, the Billing Week shall be the standard billing period for all invoices rendered under this Agreement.

  • The total Facility Usage Fee, less the unreimbursed reimbursable expenses accruing during the Billing Week, shall constitute Newco's Facility Usage Fee for such Billing Week.

  • At the conclusion of each Billing Week, the total Professional Fees allocated to Provider per procedure during that week, together with the amount of the unreimbursed reimbursable expenses incurred during the Billing Week, shall be remitted to an account designated by Provider.

  • Commencing on March 3, 2000, net Commissions and Customer's Adjusted Property Surcharges will be paid weekly by wire transfer to Customer's designated bank account on or before 11:00 a.m. (E.S.T.) on the Friday which follows the end of each Billing Week (12:01 a.m. Monday through 12:00 midnight Sunday) based upon Operator Services bill▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇dered by Opticom during the previous Billing Week.
