Billing Term definition

Billing Term with respect to Software means the 9th through 11th full calendar months of an Annual Term, and with respect to F5 Services, the 1st through 11th full calendar months of an Annual Term.
Billing Term means any mutually agreed upon, committed term of years for the license of the applicable Customer Area(s) and Services, as set forth in an applicable Order or amendment to an Order. The first Billing Term for an applicable Order shall be referred to as the Initial Billing Term, as further defined below. Any subsequent Billing Term shall be an extension to the Term.

Examples of Billing Term in a sentence

  • Unless earlier terminated in accordance with its terms, each Order Form commences on the Effective Date and remains in effect for the Initial Term (Months) from the Billing Term Start Date (the “Initial Term”).

  • At the end of the Subscription Term, if your actual usage during the final Billing Term exceeds the Annual Software Commitment for the final Annual Term, you will submit a one-time payment to your Reseller for the Annual Software Growth during the final Billing Term.

  • Subject to automatic renewal as described in Section 4 and unless otherwise provided in the Additional Terms, (i) the Initial Billing Term for a Print Ad is the period we provide such product, and (ii) the Initial Billing Term for Digital Ads and/or Services is 12 months or such other period as is set forth in the order section of this Agreement.

Related to Billing Term

  • Remaining Term means the remaining period in the term of this Agreement had the Agreement not been terminated (rounded to nearest month), up to a maximum of twenty (20) years.

  • Offering Termination Date means the last day of each March, June, September and December following an Offering Commencement Date, or such other Offering Termination Date established in connection with a Terminating Event.
