Billing Share definition

Billing Share means the share of RA-CPE-Procured Capacity costs attributed to a load-serving entity (LSE) for billing purposes as specified in Appendix B.

  • For physicians who delivered inpatient care at the Community Hospital on a fee for service basis during the retroactivity period: • Stipend in Retro Period = Daily (non-call) stipend calculated at site multiplied by # days in retro period • FFS Billing Share = % of total inpatient ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (shadow & FFS) made by FFS physicians who will be part of the physician group in the retro period.

  • VWAP Purchase Share Estimate means the number of shares of Common Stock that the Company has in its sole discretion irrevocably instructed its Transfer Agent to issue to the Buyer via the Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) Fast Automated Securities Transfer Program in connection with a VWAP Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 1(c) hereof and issued to the Buyer’s or its designee’s balance account with DTC through its Deposit Withdrawal At Custodian (DWAC) system on the VWAP Purchase Date (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Trailing Stop means a stop-loss order set at a percentage level below the market price - for a long position. The trailing stop price is adjusted as the price fluctuates. A sell trailing stop order sets the stop price at a fixed amount below the market price with an attached “trailing” amount. As the market price rises, the stop price rises by the trail amount, but if the pair price falls, the stop loss price doesn't change, and a market order is submitted when the stop price is hit.

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Minimum Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.
