Billing Server definition

Billing Server means a computer server to capture and store billing information in a Billing Database for the operation of the Localized Game under this Agreement.

  • The Billing Server shall be connected to Internet and shall be capable of producing the periodic reports described above in Section 7.8 in addition to other reports.
