Billing Number definition

Billing Number means the number to which charges for a call are billable. "Calling Party Number" or "CPN" is a feature of signaling system 7 ("SS7") protocol whereby the 10 digit number of the calling party is forwarded from the end office. “CLASS (Custom Local Area Signaling Service) and Custom Features” means a grouping of optional enhancements to basic local exchange service that offers special call handling features to residential and single-line business customers (e.g., call waiting, call forwarding and automatic redial).
