Consultant shall submit invoices to the Director following the completion of each Billing Milestone identified in Exhibit B that was completed in the previous time period.
An amount up to the allocated amount of each Billing Milestone described in Exhibit B shall be paid by the County to the Consultant following the completion of each Milestone or Task in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and following the procedure outlined in Subsections B, and C of this section, below.
