Billing Milestone definition

Billing Milestone means a pre-determined point for billing to be authorized subject to specific criteria being met.

Billing Milestone means a clearly defined set of incremental services that must be performed; or an interim level of accomplishment that must be met by Provider in order to receive periodic incremental and final reimbursement for services under this Contract.

Related to Billing Milestone

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment, including payments made on subordinated debt obligations, in each case to the extent such payment is necessary to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code.
