Billing Milestone definition

Billing Milestone or “BM” means a billing milestone in the Billing Schedule.
Billing Milestone means a pre-determined point for billing to be authorized subject to specific criteria being met.
Billing Milestone means a clearly defined set of incremental services that must be performed; or an interim level of accomplishment that must be met by Provider in order to receive periodic incremental and final reimbursement for services under this Contract.

Examples of Billing Milestone in a sentence

  • Consultant shall submit invoices to the Director following the completion of each Billing Milestone identified in Exhibit B that was completed in the previous time period.

  • An amount up to the allocated amount of each Billing Milestone described in Exhibit B shall be paid by the County to the Consultant following the completion of each Milestone or Task in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and following the procedure outlined in Subsections B, and C of this section, below.

  • The Consultant shall be compensated for each Billing Milestone or Task described in Paragraph I for the fixed fee set forth for each task in Exhibit B.
