Billing End Date definition
Billing End Date means the date of the Cessation Date. Bit Error Ratio (BER) means the percentage of received bits in error, compared to the total number of bits received on a given Leased Circuit, as further described in the ITU-T. Bringing into Service (BIS) means the testing carried out by Sure before Hand Over of the Leased Circuit in accordance with section 3.3.4 of the SLA. Business Day means everyday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or bank holidays in Guernsey, as applicable. Cancellation means the cancellation by Telco of an Order.
