Billing Contract definition

Billing Contract means a billing and collection agreement entered into ----------------- between EBI and a LEG and/or certain third parties that contract directly with such LEG. Billing Contracts permit the inclusion of approved types of Billing Transactions on the LEC's local telephone bill to business and reside▇▇▇▇l consumers. A current list of existing Billing Contracts as of the Effective Date is attached to Schedule II as Exhibit ll-A.
Billing Contract means any agreement for billing and/or collection services by and between any LEC and Borrower, and any tariff of any LEC for billing and/or collection services pursuant to which Borrower directly receives billing and/or collection services.

Related to Billing Contract

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.

  • Smart contract means an event-driven program, with state, that runs on a distributed, decentralized, shared, and replicated ledger and which can take custody over and instruct transfer of assets on that ledger.
