Billing Authorization Value definition

Billing Authorization Value means with respect to each Billing Authorization, the aggregate amount of money available for payment of Claims against such Billing Authorization, which amount is reduced by each Claim paid with respect to such Billing Authorization.

  • At Company’s discretion, a partial replacement may be accepted, such that the sum of the Security Deposit and Billing Authorization Value remains unchanged.
