Billers are the merchants and other third-parties who provide your account billing statements electronically, which statements you have requested to receive through the e-Xxxx portion of our e-Bankoh Xxxx Pay Service. “Business Days” are Monday through Friday, except U.S. federal holidays. “Computer” is a personal computer, personal digital assistant, mobile devices, such as cellular telephones or any other device which is compatible with and supported by our Services.
