Billers are the merchants and other third-parties who provide your account billing statements electronically, which statements you have requested to receive through the e-Bill portion of our e-Bankoh Bill Pay Service. “Business Days” are Monday through Friday, except U.S. federal holidays. “Computer” is a personal computer, personal digital assistant, mobile devices, such as cellular telephones or any other device which is compatible with and supported by our Services. This includes a modem or other telecommunications equipment necessary to connect to the Service being used.

Billers means an eBill Payee that you wish payment to be directed through ▇▇▇▇ Pay or from which you receive eBills.

• The Service includes a feature that electronically presents you with electronic bills from select Billers.

• By providing the Service with names and account information of Billers to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize the Service to follow the Payment Instructions that it receives through the Site.

• You authorize us to obtain bill data from your Billers that you have requested to send you electronic bills, and from your Billers that wish to send you trial electronic bills.
