Billable unit definition

Billable unit means one unit for one hour of face-to-face contact. A billable unit applies to indi- vidual, group, crisis, and education services related to problem gambling. Telephone contacts for the purpose of crisis intervention will be considered face-to-face contact. The unit rate includes all direct and indirect costs associated with providing the one hour of face-to-face contact, including costs of preparing for, conducting and documenting the contact. For the purpose of billing, the amount of time involved in face-to-face contact may be the exact hours spent in the face-to-face contact or may be rounded to the nearest quarter hour. The total of the contact time is billed to the department at an estab- lished hourly rate for each type of service.
Billable unit means an individual property unit or sub-unit used for billing purposes for properties connected to the Durham and Neustadt systems for the purpose of billing water, sewage and other applicable charges;

  • Service unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Operating Unit means a department, division, facility or reporting location, whichever is applicable.

  • Work Unit means a working department or service, as defined by the Employer.

  • Gross Rooms Revenue means all revenues derived from the sale or rental of Guest Rooms (both transient and permanent) of the Hotel, including revenue derived from the redemption of points or rewards under the loyalty programs in which the Hotel participates, amounts attributable to breakfast (where the guest room rate includes breakfast), Mandatory Guest Fees, late cancellation fees, and guaranteed no- show revenue and credit transactions, whether or not collected, at the actual rates charged, less allowances for any Guest Room rebates and overcharges, and will not include taxes collected directly from patrons or guests. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • Controllable Expenses means all expenses, other than Uncontrollable Expenses, incurred by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company with respect to the Property.
